Payment Information
Payment Options:
- Pay in full
- Split payment, due June 1 and July 1 (summer), Sept. 1 and Jan. 1 (fall)
- Monthly payments due the first of each month, with $25 one time fee
All company/competition, tuition payments, private lessons and costume deposits are non-refundable or transferable. If you need to withdraw from a class please submit an email prior to the next pay period of your account.
There is a $30 fee for all returned checks.
Privates/duets/trios/small group lessons will be billed separately at the end of the month, making payments due on the 15th of the next month. A down payment of the total of two lessons will be kept in your account for any cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice. At the end of the term that amount will be applied back to you for your last lessons unless used for a cancellation/absence.
Impact reserves the right to remove any dancer from class participation if their account is past due.
Fundraising: Fundraising is available to offset tuition, please contact the office.
School Closing: In event of inclement weather, we try and follow the Port Washington/Saukville School District cancellation policy. However we will also notify dancers via our website and Facebook pages, Channel 6 and Channel 12. Classes missed can be made up in a level lower, contact the office for more information.
Low Enrollment: In a situation that enrollment is low, we will offer you an alternative class or time.
Absences: If you know your child will be absent for a specific class please notify the instructor in person or call the school at 262.689.3090. If you would like to make up your missed class you can do so at or below your child’s level.Cell phones: Students are not allowed to use their phones during class time; they ma be on silent in their bags. If you need to get a hold of them when they are here please call or message the school at 262.689.3090.
Food and Drink: No gum, candy or soda is allowed at any time in the studio.
Parent Observation: Parents are allowed to observe classes the FIRST and LAST week of the semester. This policy helps us obtain our goal to keep improving on your child’s education, allowing them to focus better and to work independently. When you do sit in and observe please remember there are no street shoes allowed on the dance floor, as well as food and drink. If for any reason dancers are having a difficult time focusing, it may be more productive for parents to not be present. Please silence cell phones.
End of the Year Production: At Impact we believe in sharing our passion with you, we do this by way of an end of the year production. This performance is a collection of skills and knowledge learned throughout the current year that we have grown to know, love and respect. Life is about growth, nourishment, achievements and inspirations and we at IMPACT live to show it! So come share your spirit and passion with us!
Dress Code: Impact is proud to offer you the opportunity to purchase quality and affordable dance wear for your dancer through the Studio. Your instructor is qualified to size and measure your dancer for his/her required items. Please note that the below requirements are necessary for the end-of-the-year dance production as well as classroom work. Additional tight types and colors may be required by your child’s recital costume, determined in March. Orders are placed the 1st and 15th of each month or an individual corder can be ordered for an additional shipping fee.
Hair
Hair must be tied UP and OUT of the dancers face in a bun. “BUN” hair kits are available for purchase at the studio. We are happy to demonstrate how to use the bun kits! Remember NO JEWELRY of any kind is allowed on the dance floor!
Leotards
Dancers can wear whatever dance leotard color and style they wish for classes. For a larger selection take a look at our Revolution catalog. Instructors are able size and measure you on the spot!
Recital Costuming Requirements
Pointe, Hip-Hop, Tiny Steps-Level 5 are required to purchase one costume. Levels 5+ through Intensive and Prep Classes are required to purchase two costumes with payment paid in full upon registration. Alterations are available for $10-30 if needed. ALL dancers are required to have a “bun” hair kit.

Tights
- Tiny Steps-Level 3: are required to have Revolution pink footed tights
- Level 4+: are required to have Revolution dark tan stirrup, pink and black based on the technique they are taking
- Modern, Jazz, B.E.A.T: are required to have Revolution dark tan/black/pink stirrup tights
- Impact Company/Competition Team: are required to have Revolution dark tan
Shoes
- Tiny Steps-Level 9: pink Revolution ballet shoe
- Level 1-Level 5: are required to have Revolution dark tan u-shell tap shoe
- Level 5+ : depending on the technique they are taking will need Revolutions black slip-on tap shoes, and dark tan/black slip-on jazz shoes
