Welcome 2019-2020 Impact Family,

Thank you for choosing Impact Performing Arts Center!  We are thrilled for
the start of our 14th season, and wouldn’t be the #impactfamily without you!

followed by a text box. Please enter your e-mail here, and confirm your
registration when you receive the e-mail! This is where we will be sending
the majority of our e-mail blasts as reminders for payments due, upcoming
events, weather / school closings, etc. Keeping communication open is a
huge priority and this will be a great step in helping us get there!

If you are in need of us for assistance with
payments, measuring / sizing for shoes or dance wear, or general office
related questions outside of these hours, please e-mail us at

We have a few new studio policies that we need your help to enforce. The
studio needs to remain a safe and happy place for all of our dancers which
means creating the most inviting and consistent environment!

All dancers must wear pink tights to class! Levels 5+ and up may double up
and wear pink over tan if they prefer, but all students must attend class
with pink tights. If your dancer needs a pair, they are available for $12
and should ship in a week if we do not have your size on hand.
All dancers level 5+ and up are required to wear black leotards to class,
while all students at Impact PAC are required to wear leotards to every
class.
Students are NOT allowed to have their CELL PHONES out in the studio during class time- this is a big one. Becoming reliant on leaving the classroom during scheduled classes to check cell phones will no longer be accepted, and our learning environment is struggling because of it. Our new policy is “Out of sight, out of mind, or it’s mine!” If we see the cell phone, we will hold it until the end of the night. Please help us advocate for a distraction free classroom!

We will continue to use an e-mail system for all invoice, payment, and
balance related communication, and we will no longer hand out paper
statements unless requested. By now you should have received a personal
e-mail with your payment history, what your remaining balance is, when you owe, when it is due, etc. If you have not received this, please let us know.

The PWSSD and surrounding school districts have restructured their Spring
Breaks, and we have done the same to accommodate. Please see your yearly brochure with our detailed calendar for scheduled school closings and dance breaks.

If you are familiar with Port Washington, you know parking downtown can
already be a bit of a hassle. The lot we have used for over a decade will
eventually be built over, and no longer available. This issue will require
a few extra minutes of walking time from parking lots further south (behind
Smith Bros. coffee / Fork and Tap) or otherwise. Just a friendly heads up
that this issue is out of our hands!
